| First announcement PISA and MYMOSA workshop |

Final PISa workshop, that will be held on the 3rd of February, 2010
in Helmond (The Netherlands), and the MYMOSA workshop, that will be held on the 4th of February, 2010 in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) The event is an opportunity to present key research issues in the area of Powered Two Wheelers (PTWs) safety systems, aimed at improving their overall performances. It is also a great opportunity for partners with different backgrounds (researchers, industrials, public authorities, EC representatives) for networking and discussing about PTWs’ safety. The PISA and MYMOSA consortia will respectively present some outcomes from the above mentioned research projects. A session with authorities, industry and universities will close the workshop. The PISa project (Powered-two-wheelers Integrated Safety) aiming at developing and implementing "reliable and fail-safe" integrated safety systems for a range of PTWs, in its FINAL WORKSHOP, will additionally show the prototype bearing safety devices, result of the all project. For more details, please see www.pisa-project.eu The Mymosa (Motorcycle and Motorcyclist Safety) project aims at the improvement of PTW safety and riders' safety leading to a significant reduction of injuries and fatalities of motorcyclists.
